December Lookover

December is the month of Christmas and I have three weeks off school, which makes it even better. The first half of December has been pretty much the same as all the other months but the last week we were in school we didn't really do much, we just watched the teachers in the panto, which was actually pretty good, then we watched films in school and did lots of little arty things. Not entirely sure why we were in school as we didn't really do any learning and it was snowing so we couldn't even go outside and play.

I've been to my neighbours a few times to play at her house with her kids, they're both younger than me and also I've been helping mum around the house, getting it tidy ready for Christmas. I get a bit of pocket money for helping. I have been coming up with YouTube ideas and blog ideas so I'm getting ahead for 2018 as I want to do at least one YouTube video and blog post a week.

Christmas itself was great, I got what I asked for and that was a robot dog, his name is Chip and I got lots of lovely other gifts. On Christmas Day my daddy was ill so we ended up having our dinner the day after. Daddy is much better now. Now let's wait and see what January will bring.

Here is one my latest YouTube videos called '2018 here I come'
It be great if you could take a look

Boat Fun

When we went on Holiday to the Isle of Wight we want to a little beach at The Needles, it was a very busy place with lots of things to do. They have rides right at the top of the cliff and some food places. It was all lovely but the best thing of all was going on a speedboat.

It was a bright yellow speedboat called Summer Rose. There was about 10 people I think on the boat and it went so fast. I was a little nervous at first because I've never been on one before but oh my it was fantastic. It went really fast so the wind was in my hair and some of the waves we went over made my tummy do a belly flip. I was even brave enough to stick my hands up in the air. The only bit I didn't like that much was when some of the water went in my face. If you ever get to go on a speedboat I would definitely recommend it.

My time at Center Parcs

The week before we went back to school we went on a little weekend away to Center Parcs. We do this every year. I went with my mum and dad, my auntie, cousins and of course my nanny. I went in the car with my nanny and cousins as mum and dad had to work that day. They joined us down there in the early evening. When they did we were at the disco and they brought pizza with them. That was yummy, so yummy.

The next day we had some things planned but the main thing I wanted to do was go swimming as I love swimming. We also did short tennis, which I am not very good at, but I gave it a good try even if I did hit the ball in the other courts, but it was very fun. We went swimming after that and I loved it, I loved going around the lazy river and trying out the wave machine. I can now stand in the lazy river which helped me out a lot as I am not that confident in the pool but I did it a give it a good try.
That night we went out for dinner in Hucks for my Auntie's birthday and the food there is so good. My cousins and I had the buffet where we can have hotdogs, Chicken Nuggets, chips, some bits of fruit and some other things. They also have a play area where we can go and play while we are waiting for dinner. My mum's food looks great, she had a hotdog with nachos on and I think she loved it.
After dinner we went to the disco and that was the best bit. I loved it and also made some friends that night. That was pretty cool as I think it's the first time I have done that at Center Parcs.

The last day we had a little surprise for my Auntie, we had a few people come along and that was my mum's sister, my mum's mummy and my cousin. We had bowling booked for that morning with them and I had to leave a little early as I had Segway booked... it was so much fun, oh my I really want to do it again. We also had swimming after that and that night my dad cooked us a meal to eat in the villa, it was very nice. Everyone went home that night as they all had things to do the next day (Monday). So did we as I had school but we were cheeky and stayed the night, just the three of us and left really early in the morning at 5.30am. We made it to school in time as well.

I loved this little holiday.

I Am Now 8

I am now 8 years old. I love being a year older, I don't know why but I just feel like I can do things that I couldn't do before. I didn't get up to much this birthday as I have had a lovely party every year since I was born. So this year we just had some fun at home and it was lovely, I also got some lovely birthday gifts but that will be in a different blog post.

On my birthday we went to see Finding Dory with mum and dad and also my nanny came along too, so everyone who was with me when I was born other than the midwife etc. The film is great and I really liked it. We also went to one of my favourite places to eat and that is Toby Carvery, for lunch after the film.

I had a lovely day with my family and love spending time with them.

Annie at The Queen's Theatre

The other day I went to see the show Annie at The Queen's Theatre as my daddy was playing in the band. I went on the last night of the show with my mummy.
I love the film Annie and I love all the songs as I normally sing them in my Drama group. We had some good seats too, they were near the back back but right in the centre.
I know one of the girls in the show as she goes to my school, her name is Elizabeth and she played one of the orphans. There were about 12 orphans and all of them were very good even if one of them made a little mistake, but if it was me I would have made lots of mistakes. The best thing of all was that there was a real dog on stage! How cute is that.

The girl that played Annie is called Sarah Huttlestone, she is a Professional Actress and played a Munchkin in the Wizard of Oz at the age of 5, how amazing is that. She also played Gretal in The Sound of Music, I would love to do that but I don't think I am brave enough for that just yet.

I can't wait to go and see another show soon that my daddy is playing in but it has to be fun and OK for me to see.

Which shows would you like to see at the theatre?

Happy Birthday Izzy

Happy Birthday to my cousin Izzy.

My cousin Izzy (the birthday girl)

It was my cousin's birthday and she had a little party at my Nanny's house with the family and two of her friends. We were only there for 4 hours but it was a fun 4 hours, she had lots of food and a bouncy castle and best of all, all my cousins were there so I played with them.

I only saw them three days earlier as my mum had to go and look after them while my aunt was at work.

As soon as we got there I took my shoes off and went on the bouncy castle. All of my cousins followed me. I love them all lots but sometimes they are hard work and I just want to be on my own a little bit.

My other cousins (Joshua & Zach)

My nanny also has a trampoline with the bright colour balls in the photo above on it and that's fun jumping around it with them on it. It was a really hot day so I changed out of my party dress and into shorts and a t-shirt... it was so much cooler in that.

Me

Now onto the food. It was BBQ and I wasn't really into the BBQ food as we only had one the day before so I had all the other bits they had like Chicken Nuggets and other small bits like that. But best of all was the cake. Izzy had one made by her Mummy and it was a ladybird. She also had these cupcakes made by someone and they are Ben & Holly ones. They are so cute and are really yummy as well.

I am super tired now and I have to go back to school tomorrow.

Make sure you come back next week to see what I have to say (HEHE).

Here are my May Favourites if you fancy checking it out.

Cousins' Birthday

So it was my cousins' birthday party the other day. They had a little party at his house and it was very fun!!!

It is my cousin Joshua's 6th birthday and Zach's 2nd birthday and the party was only for the family. When we got there we had to wait until everyone else got there but it didn't take long because five minutes afterwards and their uncle from their dad's side turned up.

And not long after that Tanya and her family turned up and we all went outside and had some fun in the garden. My other cousin turned up with Auntie Jayne, Uncle Mark and Grandad.

Auntie Kelly put on an Easter Egg hunt for us. We had to share them with each other once we got back in the front room so it was fair and equal.

Then we had lots of fun in the garden until it was time to eat and open their presents. I had a great day with both of my cousins and will be seeing them again next weekend.

Nearly on Holiday

Not long now until I am on
holiday and I am so excited. I am not going to lie I am super nervous too as I have never been on a plane. We dropped my Nanna off at the airport the other day and I saw three planes. They looked really big but Mummy said that the one will be going on is going to be a lot bigger.

We have three seats in the middle of the plane, I will have my Mummy and Daddy next to me, I really want to know what it feels like. I have been told that my tummy will flip like going fast over a bump in the road and that it will very noisy. The flight is about 6 hours so I have a few things that I still need to get like a magazine, some sweets and may be some other things but I'm not sure what. I will be taking my pencil case with a few bits in.

We still need to pack and I think Mummy is starting it this week. I want to help her, well that's if she lets me. I think she will have to pack two different types of clothes, winter ones and some spring ones. I think we can get it all in our suitcases.

I can't wait! I will do another one in two weeks to see how I am feeling then.

Here is a little video why not take a look x

Family Walk

As a family we like going for family walks in different forests and this time we went to Thorndon Country Park where they have the Gruffalo Trail. It's one of my favourite ones, it's so fun running around looking for all the characters. It doesn't take long to do so we always go a long way round, I love going the long way round as I get to do lots of running and jumping in lots of muddy puddles. Also climbing on lots of fallen Tree trunks (even if I do fall off them sometimes).

Mummy and Daddy always get a cup of tea, but today we got some lovely ham and cheese paninis too. I got a yummy sweet and a Fruit Shoot.

After that we went to Tesco as mummy and daddy had to do food shopping. It can be a bit boring but one good thing is that I have my wheelies to go around in, which makes it a little bit more fun, well for me anyway. I like shopping when I get a little treat but today I didn't.

That's it for today's little blog post, I hope you enjoyed it and I can't wait to write some more.

Getting ready for our Holiday.

This year we are going away on Holiday, not just any holiday we are going abroad. I have only been to France abroad and daddy drove there or I got Eurostar. But this will be the first time I am going on a plane. I am so excited but really nervous.

We will be going to Canada to see Jasmine, Chris and baby Benjamin, haven't seen them in ages and I can't wait to see them. We're spending a week with them and then spending another week in America. I'm not sure what part of America, mummy just said America. She said that Canada is going to be really cold and that in America it will be kind of like spring weather in the UK. So we have to take two different types of clothes, our nice warm ones and some spring ones too.

We are not going for ages yet but mummy has been buying me a few things in the sale, like things that I can do on the plane as it is a six hour flight. I don't think she wants me to get bored. She also picked up a few clothes. I will be putting them on here soon and on my YouTube channel.

The two things that I wanted to show you are from the shop called Paperchase, they are two things for the plane and while I'm on holiday I suppose. First one is a travel activity book with lots of little cats on with superhero masks on their eyes. It looks a little bit weird but it's great. It has a bit where I can put my passport details like my name and age, town where I live. I also get to draw a little picture of me. It also has space for what I will pack in my suitcase, places where I can put photos and the holiday diary. It has four little sections marked out Keepsake from my trip, Photos, Do not lose and Important stuff. It was £10 reduced to £5.

There was also a matching drawing & writing book that goes with it. I think mummy had to buy it separately. It has got a place where I can do a drawing and then underneath it's got a few lines that I can write about the picture. I really want to use them there but mummy said no I have to wait until I'm on the plane. There is one little bit on there that has got a countdown till the holiday so I might ask mummy if I can use that nearer the time.

As the holiday gets closer I will do more posts about it but mummy gave me these today and I love them and could not wait to show you x

The Next Step

I  though I would do a little blog post on my favourite TV show at the moment and it's called The Next Step on CBBC. The new series has just started and I think it's series three. They have just won the national dance competition and are now going into the international dance competition but they have lost their dance studio because of the mean man from Elite Dance Studio. He has bought the building they rehearse in just so he can get his team into the international dance competition as they didn't make it through.

So The Next Step teacher has to put The Next Step and Elite in a room together to compete at the next round as just one team. It's upsetting because my favourite one didn't make it due to a knee injury, Emily, but I hope she stays on the TV show as I really like her. My mummy's favourite Riley is in the team so she is happy about that.

As well Riley and James who are going out in the show together had to compete against each other to get a slot in the team. Riley danced her little heart out and James didn't, he just walked out so that Riley could get the spot. That is so sweet I just hope they stay together.

I can't wait to watch the next few episodes and see what happens this season. I just found out as well  it's actually a Canadian program. I am going over to Canada next year... I'm so excited as you never know I might bump into one of them, that would be so good if it happens.

Birthday Party

Hello everyone, it's been my birthday so of course I had a birthday party. I only had a few friends over I think about 8 and I had my family over too. I always have a BBQ if it's nice weather. This is the first year where I haven't had a bouncy castle. Mummy and Daddy said that we can do different type of games, the games they used to do when they had parties when they were little.

So we had pass the parcel, sack race, photo booth and twister. They are all so fun I really liked the Sack race. I didn't win but I didn't mind.

I had so much fun so thank you to all my friends that came and my family.
Here are some photos of the party.

The sack race. Here are some of friends.

Here is me and my friend Keili.

Helping in the Garden

Daddy has been hard at work making our Garden look good for the summer and of course for our Summer BBQ.

I may not be able to do much to help him and Mummy but I am trying where I can. I did help take the wood out of the van, and have helped dig up some of the mud, also helped get all the weeds out of the back bit of the garden so we could put new Fence Panels up. So the people in the garden behind ours can't see into our garden now.

Daddy is doing really well, now he's kind of on a roll I think that's what mummy says anyway. He has put down quite a bit the decking and the things underneath it (I can't remember what they're called). And he has to use a big saw so I have to be really quiet when he uses it so doesn't cut his finger off.  The neighbour three doors down is a builder and he's been helping us out by letting us use some funky tools to put the screws in more easily.

I can't wait to see it all done. Mummy said that we could have more barbecues out there and get little chairs on the decking too. That will be so cool and Mummy said will be able to have more dinners outside too.

My spring look book, please come over a take a look. It's really fun :-)

Badminton Horse Trials

A few weekends ago mummy and daddy took me to Badminton Horse Trials. They know that I really like horses as I do horse riding lessons. So daddy booked this for me I think secretly he really wanted to go because he went when he was a little boy when his daddy filmed it for the BBC.

He said that he fell into some stinging nettles and as it was a really hot day there so he was in shorts and a t-shirt... ouch. Daddy was really careful of the stinging nettles this time so that he didn't fall in again (hehe).

When we got there we saw so many Horses straightaway that had just been fed and were having a little warm up trot. Daddy said we should go to the main centre and see the ponies because there was a Shetland Pony Parade. We didn't have a clue what it was when we got there so we sat down and it was kids riding Shetland Ponies around the track in a race. It was so funny and mummy just couldn't stop laughing at it. There was one little fat Shetland Pony who had to stop halfway through because he was so out of breath. I think the Horse rider was a bit too big for him too.

The rest of the day we walked round the cross country track to see all the horses jump over the fences and they were so close running past us it was a little scary sometimes, but most the time it was really cool. I've never been so close to them running that fast before.

It was a nice warm day so me and mummy got some ice cream. We also got hotdogs and then daddy got himself a burger.

I hope we can go back next year but I just have to wait and see if daddy lets us. I have to be a good girl to go again daddy said.

Disney Part Two

I am back with my part two of my Disney blog

On this day we went into the main Disney park. We got in extra early as we are staying at one of the main hotels and as soon as we walked into the park we saw Mickey and Minnie. It was a great photo op... Mummy and Auntie Kelly said this never happens with them both together and it was a very rare opportunity, so we queued up for about 30 minutes to get our photos taken with them. I got such a big hug off Mickey and Minnie, it felt really good.

And as it was Nanny's 50th birthday she had a photo of them both on her own and they both gave her a kiss for the photo. I think she liked it. After that we went to find a few rides that were open. Not all of them where open, not entirely sure why but they weren't. We did get to go on the carousel and as soon as the fast pass was open we got on the Peter Pan Ride. We got really good times and didn't queue up and others had to wait about two hours, and that was a long time.

We had to queue for a really long time for the Dumbo ride, about an hour I think, and I really needed a wee wee.

After the morning in the park we went back to the hotel so we could have a little nap, that's what mummy said anyway, but we didn't and we ended up going swimming in the swimming pool instead. I really enjoyed it and once we got back to our room after swimming we went back to the park for the fireworks, which were was so cool. I thought I'd be scared but I wasn't. We even got some really cool Mickey ears that flash to the music.

The fireworks were great, I really enjoyed them as they weren't really loud and they were covered by the music so I didn't really hear them. After all that fun we went back to the hotel and had a really really good sleep.

Fun In Disney - Part One

So a few weeks ago I went to Disneyland Paris with some of my family. Well my mummy, Nanny two of my cousins and my Auntie Kelly.

We had to start the day early as we had to get to our train and get through check in and sort our bags before we were allowed on the train. And that can take up to an hour doing all that but we made it in plenty of time and even had time to go and get myself a nice glass of Apple Juice from the cafe. It was yummy.

Once on the train we found our seats and got my bag of goodies out, like my pen and paper to do some drawing and of course a few sweets because I like them and it was a long trip on the train. A very long trip.

But once we got to Disney Mummy handed our bags to something she called The Disney Express where they take them straight to out hotel so we could go to the park straightaway woohoo. We did the first park, which was the Hollywood Studios park and went on the Cars Ride as the queue wasn't that long. It was fun and we saw Jessie from Toy Story. She was so nice and I got a hug from her too.

The rest of that day we spent in Hollywood Studios in Toy Story land. Mummy and Auntie Kelly went on Tower of Terror but Mummy said I would be scared to go on that so I stayed with Nanny and my Cousins having ice lollies. That was really nice.

After that we went to find some food and ended up in the Rainforest Cafe. It's so fun in there with the elephant, waterfall and rain noises. My Cousin Joshua wasn't too happy about all the noise but I really enjoyed it and enjoyed the food too. I couldn't wait to go back to our hotel and see what it was like. I will do another blog post about the hotel soon, but it was nice inside and that's all I am saying for now.

Hope you enjoyed my little blog post about Part One of Disney.

Don't forget to check out my little video of our trip below xoxo

What's in my rucksack (Disneyland Paris)

Hello everyone.
Here is what's in my little rucksack that I took on the train with me to Disneyland Paris.
My mummy helped me packed it.

So first up here is my pencil case and paper as it's going to be a long journey. In my pencil case I made sure that I had a rubber and a pencil sharpener and of course a a few colouring pencils. If I didn't have them it would be a bit pointless bringing the paper.

Next up is my teddy bear, I had to take my Mickey Mouse one as he is from Disney and mummy said that if I lost him I could buy another one.

Food - well as it's a long journey and mummy said the food is expensive we took crisps, chocolate and a few other sweets. We didn't eat all of them but had a few of them and they were very yummy.

The last thing is Lego. I took a little bag of Lego so I could build some things on the way. I didn't actually play with it at all so next time I will just leave that at home.

That's whats in my little rucksack. Hope you enjoy it and please check out the below little video I did.

Day Three of Half Term

On Day Three we went to see my Auntie Jayne at her house and my cousin Little Flacky. She's a little nutter, she's walking around but throwing things everywhere and when she doesn't get her own way she hits people. She hit me on the head three times and I don't like that. She needs to stop that soon or I might not go round and see her any more.
I had to ask Mummy if Flacky was a boy or girl the other day as she never wears skirts and I love wearing skirts.

It was OK other than being hit by her. We had lunch together and played with her toys and a tunnel that she's got. She then had to go down for a nap so I had a Mummy hug whilst watching some TV.

Can't wait for tomorrow as Daddy is off for two days from work.

I have been a good girl

I have been so good over the last few weeks, my daddy keeps telling me.

I'm not sure why. I think it's because I have been doing what I have been told and mummy says I have been doing well in school.

Because I have been good in school and at home my mummy is still letting me have horse riding lessons and she is letting me have extra dancing lessons for my up & coming exam.

Mummy said if I continued to be good I can still do all the things I like.

And as well, as I have been so good we are going to spend some family time together. We are going to stay in a hotel for the night and then go to Winter Wonderland in London. I can't wait, woohoo! We have booked to go and see an Ice Castle... Mummy said that Elsa from Frozen has been there and made it for people to go and look around. Also we are going to see Zippos Circus. Mummy doesn't like clowns, she said she might hide behind me if she sees one, hehe.

I can't wait for Christmas now, it's not long. This will be my last blog post before Christmas, well I think it will be as I have lots of things planned from now until Christmas. Mummy helps me so I have to wait until she's free to do it too.

Don't forget my little youtube channel. Please go over and have a look, it's great hehe x
