2017 Lookover

This is just going to be a little blog post on 2017.

2017 has been a great year, I have done so many things, but with all the good things that have been going on I did have one bad thing happened to me and that was that I broke my wrist in July on my sports day. My wrist is better now but it did really hurt when it happend. But pretty much the rest of the year was really good. I have been on so many holidays with my family, we went to Scotland, I've been to Center Parcs and we've done our little annual holiday to Kessingland.
School has also been going well, at the moment I really enjoy science and I'm doing pretty okay in Maths, but I'm not great at English or reading but I don't actually enjoy them. I find those two things rather boring, it's not that I don't enjoy reading, it's just when we have to read certain books that I am not into, as a class. When that happens I kind of just go into my own little world and don't take much notice of the book so when it comes to doing a quiz on it I get low marks. I'm really enjoying choir at school, which I've been doing since year three and I plan to do it until I leave Primary School in year six. I just hope they have a choir club in high school when I go.

I have so many things going around in my head that I want to happen in 2018, I just hope I can achieve some of them.

Cath Kidston Tea Set

I wanted to show you all this lovely tea set that I got. I had some money left from Christmas so I bought myself this Cath Kidston play tea set. I think it cost about £20 in the shops and online.

The tea set comes with its own teapot, four cups, four plates, a milk jug and a sugar jug. Obviously I don't put milk or sugar in them as they are just a play set. The thing I find most cute is that it also comes with four little teabags. And they are pink and white so go perfectly with this set. The design on the set is pretty flowers on a white background, I think they have done that so the flowers stand out. And it also comes with own little box where you can put the tea set once you have finished playing with it.

I like to listen to my music playing with my teddy bears, even sometimes mum and dad come and join in the tea party. None of my friends have played that yet because I'm little bit scared they might break it as it's made of China and it's very fragile. Mummy says I should look after it well as it's a really nice thing to have. So after I'm done playing with it it always goes back in the box and back on my side.

New Tsum Tsum

I have some lovely new Tsum Tsums that I have got over the last few months.

So I thought I'd tell you the new ones that I have.
The first one is Pinocchio. I actually don't think I have seen this film but I do know of the film, I love the way they have put his big pointy nose on there and I love the colour of his bright yellow top.
I have a new princess collection and that is Princess Jasmine, I do enjoy the film Aladdin. And it's always great to have a new princess in my collection.
I have added my first villain to the collection, Ursula from The Little Mermaid, she is one of my favourite villains of all time. They have made her so well in a Tsum Tsum and I love it the way they made her face purple. Carrying on with The Little Mermaid I have Flounder, he is Ariel's friend. This
Tsum Tsum is full of lovely bright colours.
I have a new Winnie the Pooh one to add to my collection too, it's Eeyore who is the saddest character out of Winnie the Pooh and all I really want to do is give him a big hug.
Now another new princess that has been added to my collection is Rapunzel. I love the way they have done her hair, they have made it long and they have put pretty flowers in it. I absolutely love this one.
Now onto The Lion King, I have Simba. Not too much to really say about this one other than it looks like a lion!
And the last one to add to my collection is Christophe from Frozen, I don't have many boy Tsum Tsums so it's nice to add him to my collection.

Here is the Video of all my New Tsum Tsum I hope you all enjoy.

Storks

I saw this film a few days ago now when it was a mine and Mummy day. We picked this film as it was the only kids friendly one out that I hadn't seen. It's about the Storks who don't deliver babies any more and have moved to delivering packages for places like Amazon. When they used to deliver babies a stork wanted to keep his baby Tulip that he was meant to deliver to someone else and when he went a little crazy it broke Tulip's homing beacon, so she stayed with the storks on Stork Mountain where she always made mistakes and got into trouble, When she got a letter from a little boy wanting a baby brother she put it in the baby making machine.
Then Junior had to sort her mistake out and deliver the baby without anyone knowing. Junior and Tulip went on a fun adventure.

I really liked this film it was really funny and easy to watch, I really enjoyed the end of the film when they went back into the baby delivery service and had lots of them to deliver. I love that some of the babies had pink hair and even green hair! They all looked so cute and I liked that Tulip got to be with her family in the end.

I would go and watch this film if you like a light-hearted film with a bit of a funny story, or wait and buy it on DVD.

The Next Step

Last Sunday I was lucky girl, I got to go and see The Next Step live at Hammersmith Apollo. Yes I got to watch them dance, I got to see Michelle, James, Giselle, Eldon, Noah and Richelle.
My favourite was Noah, he can really dance. He can do some great Ballet, which I love to watch and do lots of spins in a row. They are all of course great at dancing, if they were bad they wouldn't be in The Next step. They also had someone from Lost and Found and they sang a song which was pretty great and I wasn't expecting it. They also did a few duos and Richelle & Noah were best out of all the them. I don't really know what to say other than it was fantastic and you all need to go and see it. You will not be disappointed. I would like to thank my Nanny for taking me and I can't wait to see if they do it again next year as I would love to go again and see them.

I am now a Tween

Well that's what my mummy said that I am now. She says it's an age when you're not a child any more but you're not yet a teenager, hence the name tween. I still like my kids TV shows but they are slightly older now like So Awkward & The Next Step on CBBC, and Liv and Maddie on The Disney Channel.

I have also started to like a little bit of make up even though my mum doesn't let me wear it out, only when I'm at home. That's why I mostly wear make up when I have my dance competitions. At the moment I'm very much into my clothes and I love doing YouTube videos about them. I am also starting to be a bit more independent and I'm liking that but I still have my mum and dad nearby just in case I need them to help me with stuff.

Annie at The Queen's Theatre

The other day I went to see the show Annie at The Queen's Theatre as my daddy was playing in the band. I went on the last night of the show with my mummy.
I love the film Annie and I love all the songs as I normally sing them in my Drama group. We had some good seats too, they were near the back back but right in the centre.
I know one of the girls in the show as she goes to my school, her name is Elizabeth and she played one of the orphans. There were about 12 orphans and all of them were very good even if one of them made a little mistake, but if it was me I would have made lots of mistakes. The best thing of all was that there was a real dog on stage! How cute is that.

The girl that played Annie is called Sarah Huttlestone, she is a Professional Actress and played a Munchkin in the Wizard of Oz at the age of 5, how amazing is that. She also played Gretal in The Sound of Music, I would love to do that but I don't think I am brave enough for that just yet.

I can't wait to go and see another show soon that my daddy is playing in but it has to be fun and OK for me to see.

Which shows would you like to see at the theatre?

Other characters I met

I showed you a few weeks ago all of the Princesses that I met, now it's time to show you all the other  characters I met too.

 1)  Tinkerbell. I love Tinkerbell, she is my favourite one out of all the Disney characters. She seems fun and she can fly. I love her green dress and her cute shoes and the place we saw her had great big flowers, it made me feel really small just like a Fairy.

2) Flick the Ant from Bugs Life. He only had a few people waiting to see him so we jumped in the line to see him. He was so nice and we got lots of photos taken with him. Daddy liked seeing him the most I think.

3) Mickey and Minnie Mouse. As we were in Disney World we had to meet these two as they are the main characters to meet in the park. We saw them at Animal Kingdom and Mummy booked a fast pass for me. I loved seeing them here as they were in different outfits to what they are normally in and Minnie looked really cute in her one.

4) Joy and Sadness from Inside Out. I loved seeing these two as I had only watched the film a few weeks before we went to Disney. The line to meet these two was very long though. We even got a group hug with them and my Mummy and Daddy.

5) Goofy and Pluto. We met both of them at the same time and they are really funny together. I am not too sure what's going on with Goofy's outfit but it's a lot of fun.

6) Mary Poppins. As she is from UK we had to go and see her and talk to her. We told her what the weather had been like back in the UK and she said that she will have to go back to the UK soon.

7) Tarzan. I never thought I would meet him on my trip but we saw a tiny line and asked what was it for and they told us so we thought why not and waited as we were right near the front. He didn't say much.

Out of all these characters I think Tinkerbell has to be the best one I met, as I just love her.

Barbie - Princess Power

I got this DVD for Christmas from Father Christmas and I have just got round to watching it.
After school one day Mummy and I got in our PJs, got ourselves a hot coco with marshmallows, sat on the sofa and had cuddles watching this film.

The Barbie film is about princess Kara who can't do much as her mum and dad don't like her doing much as she is a princess. One day after being kissed by a Magical Butterfly she has super powers letting her transform into a super sparkle, a crime-frighting alter ego, to save her kingdom. But her jealous cousin catches the butterfly and transforms to dark sparkle, her nemesis. They have to work together to free the kingdom from their real enemy and soar to new heights and discover that there's no greater power then friendship.

I love this film and her outfit is so cute, I would love to be able to fly around where I live and see what's going on. Stopping crime would be so cool and I could fly to school that would be so cool too. I bet my friends would love to see me with superpowers!

The Next Step

I  though I would do a little blog post on my favourite TV show at the moment and it's called The Next Step on CBBC. The new series has just started and I think it's series three. They have just won the national dance competition and are now going into the international dance competition but they have lost their dance studio because of the mean man from Elite Dance Studio. He has bought the building they rehearse in just so he can get his team into the international dance competition as they didn't make it through.

So The Next Step teacher has to put The Next Step and Elite in a room together to compete at the next round as just one team. It's upsetting because my favourite one didn't make it due to a knee injury, Emily, but I hope she stays on the TV show as I really like her. My mummy's favourite Riley is in the team so she is happy about that.

As well Riley and James who are going out in the show together had to compete against each other to get a slot in the team. Riley danced her little heart out and James didn't, he just walked out so that Riley could get the spot. That is so sweet I just hope they stay together.

I can't wait to watch the next few episodes and see what happens this season. I just found out as well  it's actually a Canadian program. I am going over to Canada next year... I'm so excited as you never know I might bump into one of them, that would be so good if it happens.

Horse Riding Lesson Update

I am going to talk to you about my horse riding lesson update. I am in level two horseriding so I go round without a person holding onto my horse. Sometimes someone does as I'm not as confident as the other girls but I don't mind. I've been very lucky because I got an hour's private lesson for a different school and it was brilliant. I worked really hard that day and I've got a lot more confident on the horse and it was a really big one too. I think his name was Danny and he was white.

At my other horse riding lesson that I do for an hour there are about eight of us but I ride a pony as I just feel a bit more confident on them, but now I'm thinking big horses are quite nice as well although I have further to fall if I fall off. I don't plan to though! I normally have a pony called Honey or Poppy, they are really lovely ponies and can sometimes be a bit cheeky.

I can walk and trot with my horse now. It feels a little scary going round trotting but I'm getting more confident every time I do it.

Next month I won't be having horseriding lessons as we just can't fit it in, I have parties to go to and going on holiday during one of the weeks so it just doesn't fit in. Mummy said that maybe having this month off I should really think about whether I want to carry on doing it with everything else I do. She said she hasn't got all the money in the world so can't just go to the bank and get more. Not sure why though.

In a few months' time I will update you more if I'm going to carry on doing Horse riding lessons. I am really in two minds at the moment, I do really enjoy it but I really enjoy doing my dancing as well.

Spring Wish List

Spring is here and I saw Mummy doing this blog post on her blog. Mine is not going to be like Mummy's as she put some clothes and a bag, mine is all about the toys and a really pretty dress.

First I will start with the clothes I have seen, they are both from Next. The cute Minion jumper is in pink and he's taking a selfie, it's so funny. Mummy said I should put the price of them all so the price is £14.00 in my size. The dress has yellow in it and I love a bit of yellow and this style of dress. I think Mummy said it was a Prom style, not sure what that means, it's just a cute dress to me and
is £22.00 in my size.

Ok these two are from the Disney store. First up is this cute Cinderella Tiara, I think it's about £10.00, and I saw this dress to go with it. It's £150 but what a cute Cinderella Dress it is. I know that I won't get it as it's a lot of money but a girl can dream can't she.

We all know that I love Lego so I  looked at the Lego shop and saw this cute one, it's Ariel's Undersea Palace and is £49,99. I think I will ask Mummy and Daddy for this for my birthday. Also Lego have an new range out, it's called Elves and this is the treetop hideaway at £39.99. It's so cute that they have a new range out.

Hope you enjoyed my Spring Wish List. Let me know what's on yours x

Tilly and the Dragon

I got this lovely book from the library the other day, it's all about Tilly, a little girl, and she finds a dragon in her bedroom. She keeps it at first, it was only Timmy her brother that knew, but her mum and dad don't know until the toaster broke and Tilly said she'd get the dragon to toast it. Mum was a little bit crazy about it and thought she didn't hear her right. Mum went to see and she couldn't believe it and wanted the dragon out the house. Tilly had to find a new home for him, so she tries her family. So she puts him in her wheelbarrow and takes him to her Granny's house. Granny didn't like the dragon's nails and said he was dirty so wanted to put him in the bath. But he's a dragon and he hates being cold.

Next up she tries her Uncle Kevin who lives in a castle and has a drawbridge. He would fit in perfectly there. Uncle Kevin thought the dragon was pretend. but touched him and burnt his finger! Tilly went one to have lunch and went back to uncle Kevin to find that he has made Dragon into a Tourist Attraction. So that wasn't right for Dragon either.

Next she went to the rough lot of Tilly's family. He said it would be hard to get rid of a dragon. "Never mind" she thought. Tilly thought that he would get out of the wheel barrow with them but he didn't, so she had one other person to try and that was Great Uncle Max and he is bonkers. When Tilly goes there Uncle Max is in a bit of a flap, he needs hot air and fire to make his hot balloon go up again. So Uncle Max asks the dragon to help and said "Please". So the dragon got out of the wheel barrow and helped him. Uncle Max asks the Dragon if he wanted to join him on his Tour in his Hot Air Balloon.

I love this book and have read it three times. My mummy has also read it to me two times but it has to go back to the library now. Mum said I can get it out again in a few weeks if I want. I think I will, hehe.

Lego Cinderella's Romantic Castle

Lego
Cinderella's Romantic Castle

I got this for my 6th birthday last year and I love it. It took Daddy and me two days to make. We didn't spend all day doing it just a bit here and there. As you may know I love Lego so I was so glad when I got this set (I have my eye on the Frozen Castle set that's just come out).

Cinderella's Castle has lots of little bits to it that can very easily get lost, so Mummy said I have to be very careful when I play with it because if I leave bits on the floor she said that she might hoover them up and I don't really want my mummy doing that.

I love the little sofa (even though Mummy said it's called a chaise long) and the bed has a secret bit under it where Cinderella can hide her letters. It has a really cute tiny hair brush and a tiny lipstick.

Once we had done it Mummy put it on top of my bookcase and brings it down to me everytime I want to play with it. Soon Mummy will break it all up so I can put up all my new bits of Lego that I got for Christmas. And then we can make it up again when I feel like it.

Here is my little youtube video of me making it, I hope you enjoy x
